In the present piece All You Can Lose the artist examines the out-of-control eating (or rather, feeding) habits of our civilised society. The big feeding is usually followed by the wish to become a big loser. Rashly chowing down and putting on excess weight is followed by slimming down just as rashly. Fitness centres and countless dieting manuals promise miracles but bring about only disappointment. A guilty conscience is one of the most successful lines of business and hardly anyone can claim to be exempt from this collective madness.
